Building Nearing Completion

God is so good! Our long-awaited new classroom/administration building at Leyte Christian College is nearing completion. We estimate it is 95 percent complete as I write these lines. The roof is now complete and in place. The exterior walls will probably be finished within another couple weeks. At that point, all that will be left to do is the bathroom fixtures, lighting in the new east wing, and a coat of paint for the entire building. Thanks to all of you who have given to help us complete this building, especially to bro. Dub Moore of Athens TX for his matching funds challenge. Where would we be without you, our great supporters?! This building will be just in time for our first-ever, historic commencement exercises to be held on April 6, 2012. We are all so very excited, as we are expecting nine young people (eight young men and one young lady) to become the very first graduates of Leyte Christian College. I thank God daily for giving me this wonderful opportunity to serve in this way. It is truly a blessing! And you, our great supporters, are our blessing for helping to make this vital work a reality. The cause of Christian education in the Philippines is advancing daily because of you!
